Hypnotherapy is fast becoming the most successfully way to lose weight and to keep it lost. Crash diets can sometimes work in the short term but more often than not the weight piles back on and the diet fails. This is because we need to seek out and address the reasons why we overeat.
There may be a number of reasons why we overeat:

Following your initial session, you and the Hypnotherapist will discuss & decide how many further sessions you will need and what type of sessions your weight loss programme should consist of. The programme usually consists of between 2 and 4 sessions. Each session covers a different area of weight control treatment tailored to your own needs. This might include changing your eating habits, eating nutritional foods or exercise motivation. |
